Fun in the Sun

Last week Carter and I met my sister Makele and her little girl Keira met at Grandma Kathy's house. Aunt Katie was there too. We had so much fun getting tan (or burnt) and playing with the babies. Keira and Carter loved the water! Let's do it again!

Puerto Vallarta

In Puerto Vallarta Katie, Justin, Ryan and I did the Canopy Adventure. It was a zip line, gorilla swing, and free fall repel. We were literally in the canopy of the tree tops about 150 feet up. They had built little tree stand in the tops of the trees for us to land on. I'll admit, I was a little scared at first. We had a blast though! Grandma and Grandpa were kind enough to do a milder shore excursion (a beach day) and take Carter with them so that we could do this one. Once again, we couldn't take pictures. We had to use both hands to hold on. Of course they took full advantage of this and charged $17/picture. What a rip off.
